| 9月13日、朝一番のリムジンバスに乗って関西空港へ向かいます。今回のコンベンションはドイツのカッセルで開催されるCONNICHIです。
フランクフルトへの直行便は料金の面でギブアップしました。ソウル経由のアシアナ航空を利用しました。風邪を引いている同行者。で今回ラッキーだったのは
ソウルー＞フランクフルトでビジネスクラスにアップグレードされたことでしょうか。機内食は韓国料理。＜−かなり良かったです。現地についてホテルを探すもメッセにぶつかって
しまいマインツでの滞在を断念しなければなりませんでした。で最終的にコブレンツで2泊することに。木曜日はライン川観光に出掛けました。そして今回の旅の主目的は金曜日からです。朝、コブレンツからカッセルへ移動して駅前に着くと
コスプレイヤーの集団が列を作って市電を待っている場面に遭遇しちゃいました。なかなか楽しい光景でしたね。ホテルは駅から歩いて1分のとこに。そしてコンベンション会場までは市電で5分
くらいで行けます。嬉しかったのは公共交通機関が無料になるパスがもらえることでしょうか？会場は歴史のあるたたずまいでしたね。まず会場内を見学してからコスプレコンテストの情報を
集めます。グループの場合は土曜日の10時からとの情報を得て戻って見ると、同行者が囲碁コーナーで囲碁を教えてもらっているではありませんか？はぅぅ。で私は個人の部のマスカレードを見学しました。
言葉の壁を越えたパフォーマンスを堪能できましたよ。(^^;) 土曜日は朝から城の散策に出掛けました。何枚か写真を撮ってその後着替えて会場へ向かうのですがここで問題発生。グループコスプレの出場者が
オーバーしたので締め切った事実をスタッフさんから確認したのですが、、勿論、ここで諦める私ではなくスタッフさんに掛け合ってなんとか出場できる手筈を整えました。でも出番は1番目。自分達の演技の後、同行者が
ダウンしてしまい仕方ないので私もホテルへ帰りました。ここでかなり時間が掛かってメインのマスカレードを全く見ることができなかったです。(泣)コンテストの結果、特別賞をゲットしました。スタッフさんの
心遣いにとっても感謝です。日曜日、同行者が碁の大会に出るとのことで一人で街を散策してその後会場に戻って合流し一路フランクフルト空港へ急ぎます。空港の係員がEチケットの扱いに慣れてないらしく
かなり時間がかかってしまいラウンジでゆっくりできずに飛行機へ。ここでもなかなかスポットから動く気配がなく結局ソウルでの乗り継ぎ時間が1時間を
切ることになってしまいました。時間的に余裕がなかった今回の旅ですがそれなりに満足できました。しいて言うならもう少し欧州通貨のユーロが安くなってくれればいいですけどね。

I went to Kansai Airport by airport bus in the early morning on 13th September. The convention which I would attend was "Connichi"
in Kassel,Germany. It's the first anime convention I joined in Europe. Yay! I couldn't use direct flight from Osaka to Frankfurt because of its cost,and decided
to go there via Seoul by Asiana airlines The companion,Mimori caught cold=unlucky fellow(^^;) This time, I got upgrade to Business Class. (Korean Food I ate at
plane was very nice.) After I arrived at Frankfurt,I found out there was Messe in Frankfurt. That means all accomodations near Frankfurt was almost full and
price was going up to double.(T - T) So,I quit to stay in Mainz and went to Koblenz to get 2 nights stay.Next day, I went to Rhein river cruse request of Mimori.
He sometimes brought some troubles(It's not serious however not fun.)I was quite upset. --- Main purpose of this trip started from Friday. I went to Kassel by express train
,and I found so many cosplayes were waiting tram in the front of main train station in Kassel,after I got off Kassel station.Hotel located near this station,and hotel
stuff gave me a pass which I could use public transport during convnetion for free.I liked this kind of service.The place of convention was historical building.
First I had to look for the information of Masquerade,and I got that group masquerade registration started from 10am on Saturday,Mimori was playing GO with German
stuff. He told me he would attend GO tourment with his costume,however I didn't admit with his costume because of train time. I left him at Go corner,and enjoyed
Solo Masquerade by myself.I realized Otaku was Otaku..(^^;) It was amazing.In the early morning of Saturday,I went to Castle to take some snap photo.And then I went to
convention,and I found out numbers of attendants for Masquerade could be over.Of course,I couldn't give up,so I asked some favor to stuff.As the result of his,I
drew No.1.After I showed my performance with Mimori,he was getting very tired with his pain for foot.I couldn't see other group's performance. It was very sad.
However I got a prize for my skit. It was all right.The convention stuff were so kind to me. Thanks a lot.Final day, Mimori went to Go tournament,I went to sightseeing
in Kassel city center,before going to Frankfurt airport. At the airport,a ground stuff had no so many experience,so I had to wait for a long time,and I couldn't
stay in airline lounge.Also aircraft had to stay in spot,that meaned there was no transit time in Seoul.I was satisfied this trip however I hope I could get good
exchange rate.Euro was so strong.. |
